The woodlands staff are very unprofessional  and constantly overturning. The property manager has changed 3 times in 4 years, the woodlands itself as a complex, advertises as "luxury apartments" quite literally a joke!!! No where in the world is, 20 year old linoleum floors and contertops considered luxury!  The tile floors that are awful and 90's pink  consist of a 8x3 very small front entry, everywhere else is cheap "gross" linoleum .They are federally funded, this means that they rent to a very high amount of section 8, the amount of welfare recipients here to the amount of people that can actually afford the rent is quite quite high(at least in my experience)   Lived here for 4 years.. DO NOT RENT HERE!, if your a normal person who  requires peace and safety as a normal function of your daily life

by far the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. you literally have to call the office everyday, multiple times a day to get ahold of someone, just to have them give you the runaround.

Started out great, but not so much anymore. Maintenance has come to "fix" my sink 4 times. Every time, it started leaking the next day. And god help you if you try to change your lease agreement. I've been trying to get it for 2 weeks now. "We'll deliver it to you" really means "Come get it yourself." Unfortunately they've been closed every time I've tried going over there.

My Fiancé and I moved to Woodlands last year when we got new jobs in the area. We couldn't be happier here. We lived in Boston prior to moving here and it was such a nice change to look out of our window and see trees and grass (which is always beautifully maintained). The apartment is reasonably priced, area is safe and quiet, and neighbors are friendly. Many older couples and families with children, but a decent amount of young couples too. Unlike the prior reviewer, we've had only great experiences with the management; I found our apartment to be clean on move in and maintenance has been very responsive the couple of times we've needed them. Free outdoor parking, no pet fee, large rooms, and decks/patios for every apartment. We're very happy here and wish we could stay (but have to move again for new jobs). Would recommend this place to anyone!

Been living in this community for 2 years now... Love everything about it. Never had an issue with any neighbors. Love the office staff and the maintenance crew is always there to help. Wouldn't live anywhere else.
