We were trying to sell or home and our realtor said we needed a mold Certification for the potential buyers. So we went to the internet and found this company. The gentleman came out the next day and did the inspection. He advised us that there was a mold problem from a wall that leaked water. So we needed to have this repaired before we could go to settlement. Mr. Lloyd had given us a quote to remove the mold and repair the wall and give us the mold certification that was required. His comapny was able to do it over the weekend where we did not have to miss work. They were very professional and friendly. The staff did a great job cleaning up afterwards and were discreet about what was being done in front of our neighbors. Al though the price for mold removal was not what we had intended when we were selling our home. Mr. Lloyd worked with us as much as he could. We would recommend this company to everyone in our area and to our real estate agent for future needs.
