We called them to replace the locks and keys for our office and had to make it a rush job. They came in right away without needing a reservation and replaced our locks and created the keys right away. Excellent service over all!

Showed up for door to be locked. They have a sign saying they are away and to call a number. So I call and they say they are out on a job wont be back for 2-3 hours. It doesn't look like a place you can just pop in to get a few keys made. Lame.

Only had 1 key for a generic key I needed made they said come back next week. You show up open sign is on but, door is locked and no one is there
