Story

Pini Hachamov is the franchise owner of our Las Vegas branch and joined the Get Locksmith family in 2016. With over 10 years of experience as a locksmith living in Las Vegas, he specializes in luxury vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and BMW. He is considered a nationwide ignition expert who lends his knowledge to other locksmiths all across the country. Pini can cut and program keys for an extensive list of vehicles with prompt onsite service, utilizing an immense inventory of key blanks, and a wide range of programming equipment.

He has also completed his certification in both residential and commercial access control systems, including all the necessary tools and equipment to perform the service.

As Pini always says, “It feels good to know you are helping someone, that is why I love this business.” He has incorporated this concept into every service he provides and demonstrates our success in dealing with customers and promoting our business.

Pini lives with his wife, baby, and two Afghan Hounds named Sky and Moon, which he enjoys taking for long walks during his free time.

Amazing experience! Really really quick with service, not over priced! All around great! Very efficient. He took less than 5 min to get it done, and he was very nice. I would HIGHLY recommend this service and specifically going through a gentleman named Benny! He is the best!

Not good - beware! Needed a side gate lock replaced. Quoted $75 on the phone. They called back requesting photo text of lock, arrived hours later. Not a work van as pictured on website, a car. Told there was a service fee, attempted to "fix" existing lock, when quote was for a new lock. Eventually got a lock from the trunk, no packaging and were told "it's new". Manager arrived in another car to assist when the original person wasn't able to fix the lock. They were here for a long time. Argued when questioned about cost. Told the website explains service fees. (It doesn't but says in several areas they honor their phone quotes). Website shows a reputable business, positive reviews, etc., however we felt we were dealing with non-professionals. At the end of the day, paid $180 for what we were told would be a $75 charge. Will be disputing with business owner on Monday. Note the website vans have a different number than the business listing (noticed after). counted on the # of reviews and positive ratings - now questioning if these are legit. Hope this helps others. Call someplace else - you will not get what is promised on their website. People working out of their cars that change prices and hold you hostage when they arrive.

If you're looking for a company that will reply quick and give you a reasonable price and knowledgeable call get locksmith. Thank you so much coming out to fix my '04 Jeep Liberty on a SUNDAY! I called initially because The key of my jeep was worn down so much that it wouldn't turn in the ignition. And of course the dealership is closed on Sundays and isn't open until 7 AM Monday morning. That didn't help me because I couldn't even get the car started to get to the dealership in the first place. The gentlemen provided the quote responded quickly and arrived in a timely manner and even called to let me know an ETA... I think it's great customer service it is being mindful, considerate and respectful of your customers time. When he arrived you diagnose the issue being the ignition, but gave me an amazing and reasonable price making me another key fixing the ignition and coming out to me. It was fixed within 15-20 minutes. And he was kind enough to give me a warranty in the event that the car acts up again. get locksmith thank you so much!!!

When I called get Locksmith early morning, I spoke to moses I have only good words to describe my experience: moses and his team are incredible to work with. They were fast to react to my car lockout inquiry and the technician arrived promptly and opened my car without any issue. Fast, professional and kind. I highly recommend their service to anyone with any locksmith related need. I will for sure call them and use them with any future issue: locks, intercom, camera installations, etc

I'd give Andy 10 stars if I could. Called to make an appointment to have my ailing mailbox lock changed and Benny came out within 45 min to help me out. He is the nicest guy, friendly, sincere and a lot of fun to talk to, someone who is genuinely here to help those in need. Let the reviews speak for themselves and call Get Locksmith, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend.
