Their systems are difficult to work with and offer little to no flexibility. You must send them written notice 15 days prior to canceling, but provide no e-mail in which to contact them unless you call or save the documentation they give you upon signing up. Should you keep it? Yes. Are they looking for ways to force you into paying more than what you need, yes. They have an overall deceptive business model that offers very little savings beyond paying every day. Avoid working with ABM if at all possible.
