Drop your car off, take their free shuttle over to the airport across the street. When you come back, their shuttle is there (without your having to call - 24/7). Pay at their booth as you drive out, parking garage style. Very friendly service, and reasonable prices.

At the downtown location my dad was charged $75 for a day of parking because their machine didn't print a ticket for him, when contacted they told him it shouldn't have charged that much but to let them know if it did by showing bank statements. When he did, they said he was there for 5 days (which he wasnt). They have now deleted all things posted to their FB page and blocked from being able to post anything further to warn customers.

Poor customer service at the downtown location. They block customers who have problems rather than address valid issues. Not a good way to do business.

Great prices and great people offering MUCH more than just parking service! While you're away they will DETAIL your car! AWESOME!
