The minute I walk in the door here, the tension in my shoulders eases, my tread is lighter and there's a smile on my face. The ambiance is so soothing and relaxing. It smells divine too! The staff here are remarkable. The selection of fragrances and skin care are superior. I love this place!!!

I went to About Face, for the first time a few weeks ago. The staff was very professional and kind, and put me at ease instantly. Going in for my first ever Brazilian, i was more than a little nervous. But i was put at ease and made extremely comfortable. I was talked through it, and was given a complete run down of what was going on the whole time. The service area is clean, quiet, and I watched as new products were used for my service alone. I adored this place, and i'll be going back, for sure.

For some reason my time there was the worst experience ever. Knowing what estheticians do, I tried to give a little advice and I think the female felt some type of way. They said it wou;d be painless. Sh###t! I've had plenty of brazilian waxes. Worst experience ever, because when I walked through  the door I felt uncomfortable by the fake looks and awkward looks. I got there early and  they made sure that they started later at my appointment time meaning they were hesitant. The relaxation room was not relaxing at all. The female almost made me punch her in the face a few times. I will never go back. I could go on but its useless. Wish I could give negative stars.
