Flawless Spa, Wellness, and Image is a Chapel Hill wellness and
image center offering spa services and holistic treatments as restorative remedies that encourage the body’s natural healing capabilities.
We know that busy people want and need results. Our mission is to provide a haven of peace and tranquility for our clients, with the goal of promoting the achievement and maintenance of healthy skin, healthy body, and healthy spirit. Our therapists will guide you to the right treatments to help you see visible, quick results. I was less than satisfied with my experience at Flawless Day Spa. I initially booked my appointment for Friday, February 23rd, and was then contacted 30 minutes prior to my appointment time and told that my massage therapist (Stephanie) was not going to be able to make it. I was rather upset as I had scheduled my day around this appointment, but the staff was polite and compensated me for the inconvenience by upgrading me to the 90 minute massage. 
I rescheduled the appointment for this past Friday, March 2nd with Stephanie again. She was very professional and kind, so I have a hard time giving such negative feedback, but this was quite honestly the worst massage I've received in my entire life. Prior to the massage I informed her that I usually preferred firm pressure. Ten minutes into the massage, she ask me how the pressure was, and I ask her to please use firmer pressure as it had been extremely light thus far. The pressure did not change at all, so ten minutes later I had to speak up and ask yet again for her to use firmer pressure. At this point, she had finished with my back/shoulders/neck which was why I initially scheduled the appointment, and I still did not feel any difference. I would describe my experience as less of a massage and more of a gentle back rub I could have gotten from a friend. She did not seem to know how to read and work with the body- she completely missed all of my tight areas/knots despite the fact that I informed her prior to the appointment. She even told me that she had "worked out the knot in my right shoulder" after the appointment, which I can absolutely guarantee you she did NOT because 1. She didn't touch the knot during the appointment (trust me, I would have felt it) and 2. I can still feel the knot as I'm sitting here typing this message two days later!
I very rarely feel strongly enough to leave feedback, but I feel as though this experience was a complete waste of my time and money. For this reason, I would not recommend Flawless Day Spa.

I received the “I Deserve it All” 60-minute massage from Groupon as a gift and was not disappointed. Kasey not only gave an excellent massage, but continued to check in with me about pressure, comfort, etc, which was great. I will definitely be back to see her!

Great little place. Not sure about pricing as my visit was a gift but ask for Tonya if you go, she is the best, great deep tissue massage.

I called to make an appointment after a job health fair and the lady on the phone was very rude. (Although the lady at job health fair was very nice as helpful!) I asked her to repeat my email address to confirm she had gotten it right as I know I have a difficult email address. She snapped at me saying, I’ve got it! When in fact four hours after making the appointment I still had no confirmation email of my appointment scheduled. I’ve since called back to cancel my appointment. They will never have me as a client. Poor phone skills and customer service.

I was very dissatisfied with my recent experience for arranging an appointment.  I repurchased a Groupon for a massage, but was told to make an appointment I had to also give a credit card.  The receptionist was pleasant but convinced that this was the only way to prevent no shows and cancellations.  I asked for the manager, but was told they'd have to call me back.  I'm waiting, but not with great expectations.  I just bought this on Groupon and I'm trying to call Groupon to report my experience and see what can be done.  Especially disappointed as this was intended to be a lunch-time birthday treat for myself :-(
