Amazing fitness classes in a friendly, fun environment. If you're like me and struggle getting to the gym or get bored when exercising alone, this is the place for you. The owners are wonderful people and the Cardio Dance class was SO fun. I recently moved to the area from Manhattan and was looking for a replacement to my weekday spin classes. This is definitely the place. Not only did I have the best work-out I've had in a long time, it didn't feel like exercise because it was fun and I even learned some fab dance moves. All in a very chic environment. Excited to have found a place I can stick with for a long time. Worth every penny.

Great if you like to work at some one else's pace. This studio is more like a gym. Tried several classes and always felt winded even though I have been practicing yoga for 5 years.

A true yoga studio with a warm comfortable and challenging atmosphere. Excellent personal instruction for the serious yoga student󾬍
