Non-accommodating company for starters. My car was hit while I was in Rapid City and I currently lived an hour away. The damage to my car was just paint damage but they couldn't squeeze me in. I had to make an appointment for the estimate and it was over a week before they had an opening for the estimate. When I arrived for my appointment, the lady at the desk was nice. After filling out my paperwork, she had me pull my car into the shop and the guy that did the estimate was unfriendly and I felt like he wasn't listening to me when I tried explaining to him about the car. Anyway, the estimate took about 10 minutes all together (pictures were taken and then he left, came back with estimate). He was also quite rude when he asked about the insurance and why I didn't just go through the person who hit me vs. my own. Well sir, I pay USAA to do it for me and they do great! Well, the estimate was done beginning of November sometime and the soonest opening they had to fix the paint damage on the car was mid-January! I also felt that their estimate was a bit high.

We were referred to Dwight by the Ford dealer. We could not roll up our driver side window and we were traveling through Rapid City. Dwight got our window up and taped it so we could get back home. He took care of the problem on the spot. He was courteous and his customer service was excellent! We highly recommend this company.

Top notch service, regular updates, and post treatment recommendations. I think this place is awesome! If you ever need a body shop, this is one worth checking out. I'll be making them MY body work shop.
