I've been a member for over a year. The gym is always clean, the staff are very friendly, and it is never too busy. There's no cycling classes or pool, but the low price is hard to beat!

Absolute Personal Fitness is -the- best gym I've ever been to. Every one I've tried in the past has always been too crowded, not flexible, and made me feel anxious to be a part of. This gym puts me at ease and is structured to look roomy and professional. On top of that, there are no lack of employees to help me out when I need it. James, the owner, has been able to answer any questions I had pertaining to the equipment and set me up to work out with Jessica, one of the personal trainers there. She has gone above and beyond in helping me learn how to reach my goals and always wants to make people who go there feel welcome. It is very affordable to get personal training and the people here genuinely care about your health and happiness. It is affordable, friendly, and professional. What's not to love?

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Not intimidating. Very nice staff members/trainers. Plenty of parking. Cheap membership without contracts.

Absolute Fitness is a great place to workout, to train, or to be trained ... however "beginner", or "advanced", or somewhere in between you might be. The staff are all professionally educated (most from the National Personal Training Institute) and train their clients and fitness center members like "it's all about the member and the personal training client". I really like the open air atmosphere, the easy access from anywhere on the west side of town, and the great pricing. The owner, James Singer, is a great person who lets you know that he appreciates your business and doesn't take it for granted with all the health club choices you have available. James is eager to earn your business. I would recommend Absolute Fitness to anyone who is looking for that personal touch you can't always find at a gym or fitness center.
