Such a horrible restaurant. We placed an order online at 8:15pm and when we got there to pick our order up it was around 8:35 pm. So we just saw the restaurant is closed. It supposed to be open until 10 pm, but it’s not. They took money from our account but no one responded regarding this issue. When I read reviews, I saw it happens to several people. I would never recommend this restaurant to any one.

Ordered a takeout dinner for my family for the first time at this restaurant. Two dishes were great and unfortunately two dishes were not good. Called the restaurant and only the owner could help us. Two day's later he called and was not at all helpful. Small Pop & Pop location. Not at all customer service originated.

Awful tasteless food. I hate to bag on a family establishment but it was terrible. They were out of everything I wanted. Was I unlucky or do they not keep the pantry stocked? When we got the dishes the noodles were gummy and the flavor was very lacking. The only waiter was very over worked. Maybe it was a bad night but it was Saturday...

I ordered vegetable pad thai for delivery. When I called, someone answered and told me to hold on. I waited for awhile when he finally picks up. I place my order, and he volunteers, if I want to continue ordering from them that I better make sure to give a good tip to the delivery person. He adds, "The driver has to pay for gas, car insurance, and giving a one dollar tip isn't going to work." He jumped to a false assumption. This is the first time I have ever had a food establishment tell me something like this. It turned me off. The pad thai was good, but not worth the trouble. I will order from another place, where I am not made to feel uncomfortable. The whole point of ordering for delivery is to minimize stress and aggravation. This establishment would do best to brush up on their customer service skills, because it is seriously lacking.

I love this place, the food is so delicious and fresh. They always deliever my food on time and the waiter working there is soooooo cute
