Food is okay, but service isn't great. Staff forgot a soda I ordered, which I didn't really want so I didn't say anything during the meal. When I go to pay, I noticed that it was still on the bill, so I pointed it out and asked to have it removed. The cashier just said, "Uh, okay, unless you want it to go." No apology, no other acknowledgement that they screwed up. Just that one sentence. One of those things you just move past at the time, but really really bugs you later. Restaurant screws up, doesn't even catch it, customer has to point it out, and not one word of an apology? Makes me angrier the more I think about it. 

Your food isn't that good, care enough to apologise for a mistake. Still gets 3 stars because the food is okay. Service isn't actively bad, it just feels like no one cares at all.

Amazing ramen! Just remember to ask for add-ons; an egg is so worth it! The whole atmosphere is great. It's popular so prepare to wait on the weekends. Again, it's worth it.

The miso broth is very rich but not too salty. The thicker noodles are cooked with a very good bite. The dashi based tonkatsu broth is a great for those who prefer a lighter meal. Only issue I could see is they do not soak the noodles into an ice bath after cooking. The noodles may be over cooked if you wait too long.

Minimalist menu , maximum taste! Great service, fresh on the spot ramen, have been here twice and hands down favorite surprisingly is not the ramen but the CHADON! Don't get me wrong the ramen is outrageously good but I'm personally lean more to "comida seca" dry food.. And rice was cooked to perfection  winning me over instantly!!  

Green curry ramen is my boyfriend's FAVORITE , having taken him to Ani ramen in Montclair he preferred BLACKBEARD 100%, it's amazing that somehow there ingenious cooking technique that as your having a bowl and get through to that nitty gritty broth left.. it just licks into another level of flavor

You can always eat quality Ramen here. Better for take outs.
