After a nice conversation on the phone and my fiance filling out their questionnaire they sent via email, we still haven't heard back. 
I was told they would consider taking our business during the nice conversation, so I'm not sure if the email didn't meet the criteria to want our business.
She sent a follow up email that apparently didn't meet the criteria to want an email back.
We would've appreciated an email, phone call, certified letter telling us we didn't make the cut.
I'm EXTREMELY glad your business is so successful that you don't even have to get back to customers to decline their business.

Absolutely Beautiful is Absolutely the BEST. I live in Jacksonville and have a lot of family in St. Pete. I have ordered from this wonderful store time and again. I have ordered flowers, special gift baskets, plants, with and without balloons. Absolutely Beautiful makes the BEST EVERYTHING. I especially love the new mother flowers and baskets they have delivered for me. They make huge arrangements and I can trust them even though I order from out of town. Wish you had a shop in my area of Jacksonville. Love everything you have done for us. Will be calling soon for another niece having a baby. We so appreciate your beautiful designs and hard work. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed in the "service" I have received from your business. I went to your store in mid-March with my wedding consultant for a consulatation. I loved the arrangements we created with the gentleman available and was told I would have a quote within a couple of weeks. I thought a couple of weeks seemed like a long time, but what could I do? Well, here we are SIX WEEKS later and I STILL do not have a quote. My wedding is now less than two months away and, as my coordinator has had a long standing working relationship with you all, I was kind of banking on using your service. I have tried to call SEVERAL times over the past few days and either can not get someone on the phone (and am directed to a much needed update voicemail greeting) or get hung up on as the phone is answered OR (and my personal favorite) was told someone would call me back with the quote before 2 and I *still* haven't received that return phone call (It's been four days). Please advise on what I should do. I guarantee this is not the review you would like posted for your business.

This is a message I sent to their contact page almost a week ago. I then contacted my coordinator who promised me I would have a quote by Friday. I met with her yesterday and she was promised by the owner that I would have a quote by the end of day Saturday. I never received a quote and I am going elsewhere. I would NEVER recommend this place and will tell EVERYONE I know to never use your business.

Best little Florist in St. Petersburg, super nice folks. I had been looking for a new florist after a rather bad experience with another that needs no more bad publicity. Highly recommend!

We have sent flowers to Tampa and Bradenton.  Family has loved them....they sent pictures to us....beautiful, just beautiful....we will use Absolutely Beautiful Flowers  again and again!
