did not feel well today heard a knock on the door got up saw a vehicle leaving.. found a door tag about a delivery. called as quickly as i could and was told my flowers were at a neighbors. i was not comfortable knocking on people's doors asking for my gift... sadly i won't know who sent them to me to thank them... i have had flowers delivered but they knock and leave them. i have never had to search for them .. it's embarrassing .. why not leave a phone number of who you left them with? or take them back and call the recipient..  how can anyone know a neighbor will give them to the person they were meant to be given to?

I had to put my little dog down.  My daughter sent me flowers from this shop. My first impression was they just took a few of each type of flower and stuck them in the vase; no nice arrangement whatsoever. Then the two roses died the next day, and the water was murky and the flowers slimy by day two.  I removed them, rinsed them off, cut them back and did a much nicer arrangement with what survived. The asters were gone, the mums were wilting, both types usually last a couple of weeks. My action saved them a couple of days.  They were not in the sun, and my home is kept cool.
My opinion:  They were old to begin with, and just something somebody grabbed to put together quickly without any forethought or care.  It was definitely the saddest arrangement I have ever received any where.  Up north I was a gardener.  I never had formal training on floral arrangements, but this wasn't anything prepared by someone who knows floral arranging or even who cared.  I'm sorry my daughter spent the money.  If this is an example of what they do, I would never recommend them to anyone.

Don't waste your money. I don't know how florists get away with charging $100 for flowers and then end up sending flowers that look nothing like what was ordered.

Dear owner - before you get rude like you have to all the other negative reviewers, just know that it's ok... not everyone is cut out to be a florist. There are other jobs out there for you. Maybe not customer service though.

My flowers came wilted and turning brown. I am also floored by the price for the small amount given. We usually use Hamiltons and will be returning to them.

Well let's just say I've now been yelled at and hung on by the owner. Let's just say they clearly have wonderful customer service... NOT!! They refused to give me my money back as well. Please don't waste your time or money here. How appalling!! How are these people still in business?!

I ordered flowers from here for my mother's birthday. I selected the premium version, which I paid $80 for after the delivery fee. The flowers that came looked nothing like the size I was supposed to receive. They looked like the smallest size. I am a college student, and spent a large sum of money, expecting to receive a big, beautiful bouquet. I am incredibly disappointed, and will not be ordering from here in the future, nor do I recommend anyone else to. This was a special occasion that I decided to spend my money on, and I was left with poor product.
