The most caring, compassionate staff I have ever met. I just moved to town and had an emergency with my dog, and they fit me into their busy schedule without second thought. The doctor even took the time to speak to us and get to know me and my dog, which is different from most places. I really appreciated that and will not be taking my pets anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Love the staff and Vets! They love my dog and take great care of him and treat us amazing. Great prices. If you have pitbulls this is the place to go. They love my blue boy so much that he gets very excited to go see his girlfriends. :-) I will never take my dogs anywhere else..

Great doctor, respects my pet and only recommends useful things. Doesn't try to sell services. Will continue to bring him here. They work with you to cater recommended services with my puppy for his age. He's starting to get old, and I need to get more cognisant of his health. No pressure is put on you for anything, they only recommend services that give you the means to better care for your puppy. Been being mine here for years.

Dr. Coverdill and Dr. Laudanio had previously cared for our new puppy, Ariel in routine care. They were easy to chat with, willing to answer questions and everyone enjoyed playing with her during her visits to the clinic. They were introduced to Chloe in a rather unusual way and both Dr. Coverdill, Dr. Laudanio and every single tech that had a hand in caring for her during her emergency was amazing. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. We can't ever thank them all enough for everything they did, 24 hours a day, to save her life.

I am adding a supplemental review to a previously posted review. I failed to mention that Bangers, our male sugar glider was only tested for parasites. My invoice did not mention the type of parasite-actually didn't mention parasite at all. After the first visit, I called to ask what the name of the parasite was. The front desk said it wasn't on her information but she'd check with the vet and call me back. Never had a call back. On the 2nd visit, I asked that they put the parasite name on my actual invoice. They did not, nor did they mention parasite. They NEVER checked for a UTI. The NEVER took a urine specimen. We started doing some on-line research because he had the EXACT symptoms he did before and found that a UTI fit him perfectly. Lots and lots and lots on the symptoms of UTI in Sugar Gliders and not much at all about parasites. UTI's seem to be very common. Being the weekend, I was planning on calling a DIFFERENT vet animal hospital to make an appointment for him today as he was in a lot of discomfort last night. Yesterday was Sunday and I could not get him in. I awoke this morning to check on them both like I always do. I panicked as I only felt one moving in their sleeping pouch. I was horrified to pull Bangers out dead. I am so distraught over this and have been crying all morning. Bangers was only 5 months old. NOBODY should take their sugar gliders to Acacia. They cannot possibly specialize in exotic animals. I'm very upset with myself for not checking on-line before taking him to Acacia. I would have then known to ask why they didn't check his urine for a UTI when his symptoms were EXACTLY that of a UTI.
