They are extremely slow. You could be in line for over 15 minutes even when there are 3 or more tellers working. Wish they would speed up

Tellers have always been good to me...hours are great... credit builder acct. worked wonders on my score!!!!

I've been banking with academy for a little over a year and every time I go I always have a rude teller! The last three times I've went when I walk away from the counter I hear the girls talking about me and laughing. I own my own company and it's in the construction industry so I'm usually a little messy which is no reason to be rude or judge me. I work to put food on the table just like every other person! I will be switching banks after today both business and personal accounts. I will also be inforimg my family members of my terrible experiences and highly encourage them to change banks as well. I do not or will not recommend academy to anyone ever again!

I am not a customer of academy bank, and thank the lord for that. I regularly have to deal with them regarding their customers getting loans and they refuse to even be slightly helpful over the phone they just say we do not do that here. we cannot help you. and hang up the phone. I is no wonder they have to keep their branches open late and put them in walmart establishments to trick customers into thinking they are a good choice. i would stay away from here if you like a bank where the tellers greet you with a smile or a bank that has management who understand the concept of good customer service.

Thieves, they will lie to you at EVERY turn. Beware when they use the word free, as it NEVER is. Worst banking experience you will EVER HAVE. Seriously, turn back around to your old bank, as whatever they did won't stack up to how much these people will take from you. DO NOT BANK WITH ACADEMY!
