Wow! For a place that has a big sign out the front that their voted the best for customer service. The Short haired 30/40 yr old blonde teller (there was no names on her desk anywhere), she was crazy rude. She made us feel bad for being poor. She even brought up how rich she was. When we asked to cash some coins, she gave a heavy sigh and pushed the coins 1 inch back to me. Then she rolled her eyes at me and pointed to the coin machine and said "I don't count no change." During my transaction she began doing stuff with envelopes, turns out she was done with me and just started doing other work. Super rude. DON'T GO HERE.

I'll cut to the chase here. If you value your time and money and like being treated as a human being, then check out Elevation Credit Union. I just opened up a couple new accounts this morning and I was blown away. Stem to stern, these guys have it together. Sheryl, who helped me, was fantastic and as I found out more about Elevation the more impressed I was. Fun fact: Elevation Credit Union won a Baldrige Award a couple years ago. After a google, I found out this: "The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award is the nation's highest Presidential honor for performance excellence in innovation, improvement and visionary leadership. Four are awarded each year, and Elevation is the first credit union to get one". This tells me that beyond the smiling faces that I deal with on the day to day, the brass has their poop in a group. Do you like ethics? Civics? Accountability? Morals? I do. And the cherry on top for me is that Elevation is a Colorado institution. I don't know what else to add. Their website and UI is really nice and the coffee was good? Look, If you want the worst, go to see the Texan heathens at Guaranty Bank. Otherwise see above.
