It is a decent big box store, but the prices are better than cabelas or similar stores... Very clean and friendly people they take care of you always a nice smile on your face and the prices are wonderful me and my son shop there all the time good store!!! Would definitely recommend.

Prices are great but the employees are in need. The ones that are there  look like are not wanting to do their job to help or even try to help. When asked about looking for an item in stock looks like got bothered for even asking. Tried calling after leaving and checking online came back with they don’t have that item at all.

Love sporting good stores.  Makes me think I'm about to embark on adventures & or some sporting event.  All the aisles of equipment and sports gear.  You can find MOST EVERYTHING here and if not here, then definitely ONLINE.  

I like the rewards program as well; I figure I have to get it, so why not rake in the points?

Note:  Check out the clearance area before leaving, always a treat.

I visited the fire arms department, the sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything I needed to know and answered every single one of my questions.

On the phone to ask about availability and prices on firearms. And no one answered forever. When someone finally answered they answered with " yes?" As if at home. I was placed on hold 3x and finally gave up.  I will look for my firearms somewhere else...phone service is garbage.#femalecustomerservice
