If you have to take time off from work to wait for the technician to show up, find another company!  Called for service on a Friday, & they scheduled service for Monday.  Waited all day Monday.  No show.  Called, and was told (by the same guy I talked to Friday) that there was no record of a service call, but he'd send someone Tuesday.  Another no show. Finally showed up on Wednesday and he had to "special order" glass.  One week later, and my slider is fixed.  The technician that finally showed up did a good job, but the office is a disaster.

I called this people and they came to give a estimate and then i being trying to do the work and they keep promising that they will come tomorrow and then the next day and the next day also promised me that the were going to call me and let me know the status..if u don't have the time or don't want to do the job be straight forward...i had really bad experience with these people...

They installed the gasket in my sliding glass door so that the seam was at the bottom and rain can get in.  They also scratched up the paint on the slider by working on it over the driveway.
