I've been using Alonso Transmission for over 12 years now with multiple vehicles.   Ralph has always been great and fair to deal with, competitively priced, and he and the shop mechanics are very capable and competent.    Recently, on our 2007 Ford Explorer we had long standing issues with a Check Engine light and the Traction control light - that not even the Ford dealer or a different shop were able to resolve.   Alonso Transmission did - tracking down a hard to trace wiring harness issue!   Great work and service

These guys are fast and friendly. I thought it was gonna be like your typical mechanic experience where they bait u in and then hit you with a huge bill. But they surprised me big time!!!!! They helped me with my situation and had me on my way in a very reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be going back to them in the future and would recommend everyone I know to them

Great service, professional team. I usually afraid of finding new places for car repair, but this time I got my best bet. The team saved me time ( it takes about 2 days do any service at my dealership) and about $50 into my pocket. I needed to replace a battery in my car, and half an hour it was ready. Keepers! Thank you guys a lot.

I had a bad experience with “Alonso Transmission”. I went there because a family friend recommended that business. I took my sons’ truck there for the transmission to be fixed. However, a few things came out during the assessment of the truck's condition and I made a deal with Mr. Ray to be fixed there. He told me it was going to take 3-4 days. It’s been already more than 2 months for the truck to be finished. I made a big mistake paying for my truck in advance; they were more worried about the cash than finishing the job. Now I have to wait until they decide to finish it. In other words, my situation right now is “take it or leave it”. I went today to finally get the truck and they ask me for an extra $800 that I did not know about. I have more complaints but I do not want to keep talking about it because I am already tired. “Alonso transmissions” is run by two unprofessional individuals, Mr. Ralph and Mr. Ray. I will never recommend to anyone this place to do any serious job in your vehicle. "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

Thank you to the team at Alonso Transmission. I have a 2003 Range Rover with over 100,000 miles. These guys fixed my transmission and my rover is running great again. They do what they say and communicate clearly with great follow up.
