This group is terrible as far as refilling your 90 day prescriptions. It takes several phone calls over a week to 10 day period to remind them to fax in the scripts. It's terrible when you need heart medications etc. Then they always miss all dx codes when you go to the lab and then you get billed from the lab and must keep prosueing them to get it corrected. And last they screw up the billing and you must fight with their billing co to get it resolved. I use to do medical billing so I can see the errors and they make up excuses to try to get extra $$ from you. We put up with this for several years because the 1 Dr is nice but however they are constantly changing up the Drs you get attached to and then they want you to see the physician assistant time after time and that's unexceptable!
