My dad is the best doctor! He has always taken the best care of me and my family. Dr. Hartzell really cares about his patients and truly wants to help them in any way he can.

Waited 2 months for my mother to be seen by this doctor  as a new patient and because of a mistake I made, we were 20 minutes late. We were told that we had to reschedule the appointment because there were 2 patients after our appointment. I explained that I work full time and had to take time off to bring my Mom in for the appointment.  I see in the other reviews there were complaints about the office staff and here is another one. There is no REASON in the world that my Mother could not have been seen  , give her the abbreviated visit, then we can reschedule.  So you had to stay a few minutes later today, stuff happens. The office hours are not convenient for working people in the first place, I have to request time off for appointments. Needless to say, we will not set food in this office again.

I love, love, love the doctors in this practice.  I hate the slowness of the staff to fill refill scripts requests and referral requests.  I am not alone.  Other doctors offices are constantly complaining of the S L O W N E S S of referrals.  WHY?  When I request a referral; it should be instantaneous.  When I call in a refill to my pharmacy, i should not take 4 business days to get it filled.
