In February I reported to Access Real Estate that majority of the friendly neighbor fence had fallen down due to high winds over the winter. I was told a maintenance crew would look at it and start the work first break in the weather. They looked at it said they would be back on a Thursday and that was the last time I saw the crew. I've called once every other week and still no call from the management company or from maintenance crew and now my A/C is no longer working. Not a very professional group of people and when I called Kelly via the number on the website he yelled " I'm busy with costumers stop blowing up my phone" as though I was not a costumer. 
Smh....

Avoid this company by all means, it is a horrible company that breaks all the laws and will rip you off. The places are patched up and they will alter your lease without your knowledge to collect more money from you. The head guy is unprofessional and a crook. You have been warned!

this is a terrible real estate company. I would not rent from this company again. They took out 60% of your deposit without cause and have their staff bill it as cleaning fees. That's extremely excessive almost 800$ out of your 1395 deposit!. They bill all maintainance fees to deduct from your deposit as well including all yard fees, minor maintenance fees, cleaning fees, carpet fees. I would not use this real estate company for selling or representing you! I just don't want to return your deposit!
Beware of this type of real estate agent who are scammer!
