Totally a blessing for those who need the extra help and support in getting around. It keeps those who have difficulties traveling, even to run simple errands, able to do this truly. The support that they continue to offer those in the roster of recipients of services is top notch and they get back to you almost immediately for every little question or concern. Love them here and all their help.

My disabled brother uses this service to get around in the mornings. There has not been a single time that they are not late or never come without any notice. I call the service number and they said that the drivers claim to have waited and left because I took too long to come out which is a lie because I look at the window all the time. Even as I am writing this now I am looking out the window waiting for the transportation that is now 40 min late. Starting to think that they're not coming.... Again.

This is theeeee most horrible service out there for those that are wheelchair bound. I booked ten to get my mother to and from a Dr. appt, first driver arrived late, should be free if they are late but at least he was nice and had no other riders so he could get my mom on no problem. The pick up person showed up with someone already in the small van and tried to squeeze my mom behind the first rider which was difficult because she has limited range of motion in her legs, we offered to hv her get out the wheelchair and be seated in the regular seat but he said no we had to get off and wait for another van which would be a 40 min wait, if I can avoid them at all cost I will. They need competition because they are worthless. I’d give them no stars if I could.

I used this service for my mother and I have been using it for my husband now.  It has been a dream come true.  It has made it possible for me to take them to doctors' appointments comfortably, efficiently and quickly.  I hope it will be there for me and generations to come.

My brother needs the service but this company is ripping off the government as there service is horrible. They are never on time and if they are they are they never on time to the destination.
