I had an appointment for and oil change and tire rotation for 3, and they were not able to get to my car until 4 or just a little after. The owner came out and apologized for the wait, and informed me that the oil change would be free as a result of the wait. It turned out they didn't charge me for the tire rotation either. I left with an oil change, tire rotation, and an invoice that read "Balance Due - $0.00!" I chose Ace because of the positive customer reviews online, and now my review will find itself amongst those positive reviews. I will definitely go back for oil changes, etc. The owner seems to be genuine and to genuinely care!

I have been going to Don and his repair crew for several years and find him to be not only an excellent mechanic, but an honest one as well. He will never sell me anything I don't need, but if he sees a potential problem, or knows something needs servicing at a certain milage, he is sure to let me know. I would not go anywhere else.

I Was On Congress And Went Into Shopping Center My Power Steering Wheel Was Turning Very Hard... And I Walk Down To Ace Repair Shop To Buy Power Steering Fluid For Car And Mr. Don Was With Customers He Stop And Help Me He Went Into His Shop And Gave Me Power Steering Fluid Bottle For Bmw Z4....... I Didn't Pay For It ... He Was Very Very Nice And Intelligent Man.... When I Walk Back To Vehicle... Light With Off And I Drove Home My Brother From Calif. Mentioned Car Have Been Updated To New Year Engine And It's Electric Now..... But Mr. Don Is Excellent Customer Service Person.... With Knowledge On Vehicle.... Increcible Place To Go For Help If Needed... I Will Come There In Future For Repair's On My Vehicle...
