Showed up early to get two tires changes. The guys were all friendly and very helpful. It took the same amount of time as my own mechanic. The price was right for this visit.  I'm really happy with this experience.

Was there yesterday to do injectors cleaning and oil change. They can do injectors cleaning because they don't know how and they didn't have the oil filter to my car. I have a camry..
Unprofessional,lazy and super slow. This is not  the first time it's happening. They just don't want to work.
I went to the dealer and got a full synthetic oil change plus wash for $40.cheaper and better. Don't waste your time there. Horrible experience.

Worst customer service on the phone. Someone hung up the phone because I was trying to understand his accent and the other put me on hold forever. Thnx guys I got all of my answers

Called to get price on tires was on hold for 8 minutes, they would pick up the phone and 
Not say a word and  put it back on hold.  
They definitely  need someone to answer phones and help customers.  Unacceptable if they are offering such services.
