I dropped off some clothes to be dry cleaned. At the time of drop off, the employee gave me price. The following week there was another employee who charged me more than the price that was originally WROTE down. If I could, I would not even give this store a one star. DO NOT WASTE your time nor money getting your dry cleaning done here. Of course I had no other choice than to pay it, but I told them that I will NOT be coming back. BEWARE!!!

Absolutely the worst dry cleaner - HORRIBLE customer service. Although I have had numerous bad experiences here, I continue to patronize this business because it is convenient to my home. However, after today, I will NEVER spend another cent here. I went to pick up my clothes today and as I handed the ticket over, I inquired about why I did not receive a discount (they were running a 4 for 3 special). The owner then proceeded to undo all of my dry cleaning (as in taking it out of the plastic, touching my "clean clothes" with his hand that had been touching his runny nose) and count my items over and over again. He then told me that I was originally undercharged and that I have to pay the difference. What??? It's your mistake and now I have to pay more than what this receipt says?? He then told me that "when there's a mistake, you have to make corrections and there's no way a dress would ever cost less than a jacket to clean". OK, well, again I told him that he's the one who rang it up to begin with and it's his mistake. Since there are no published prices, how was I to know what things cost? I believe he assigns an arbitrary amount he wants to charge you - and it's always more. He refused to apologize and wouldn't give me my clothes until I paid the difference. I paid, took my clothes and told him he needed to learn about customer service. I doubt this will happen - this man is consistently rude, derogatory and spiteful. Save yourself the trip, the money, and the aggravation and go somewhere else - your clothes and your blood pressure will thank you.

Aggravation and a bad attitude are what you will get from this dry cleaner!  Like reviewer "Neeks" from Sep. 30, 2011, I also took an item to be cleaned that had a stain on it.  When I brought the sweater in, I showed the owner the stain.  He asked when I wanted to pick it up and I said "tomorrow afternoon".  His reply was "Are you serious?  You want this TOMORROW?"  Remembering his attitude and why I stopped using this cleaner before, I agreed to pick up the sweater later in the week.  When I picked it up, the stain was still there, but I didn't realize it until after I had gotten it home.  Not wanting any further attitude or aggravation from this man, I am choosing to take my sweater to another cleaner.  I'll NEVER go back!

Only accepts cash or checks, very inconvenient.  Also it smells like food, not real pleasant. Last time I use this dry cleaner
