Excellent service. Did miraculous work on my yellow-stained tux collar and courteously tightened up a lose button on my suit jacket. Great pricing (and yes, they accept credit cards, unlike the dinosaur aged ACE Cleaners on the other side of the river). I decided to try Tri-City after I was fed up with the TERRIBLE customer service at ACE Cleaners and couldn't be happier with my decision to leave ACE and go to Tri-City!

In Dec. 2014, I dropped off an article of clothing at cleaners to be promised within 3 days. The article of clothing is a tailored Ann Taylor Trouser valued for $98. When I arrived at cleaners to pick-up article of clothing the employee at Tri-City cleaners, 280 Bypass, Phenix City location, was unable to give me any information as the article of clothing could not be located. I told her I would return later in the week for follow-up. A week later I arrived at cleaners to pick-up article of clothing and the employee states she has tried multiple times to contact the owner and the owner did not respond to her emails/phone calls regarding the lost pants. I returned to the cleaners to resolve the issue, was given owner’s contact information to directly communicate with her as the employee was not given a response from the owner regarding my lost article of clothing. I phoned the owner and left a voicemail re: communication on article of clothing. No phone call returned. Currently I do not have my article of clothing or compensation for lost article. Although the employees were kind and apologetic, the family owned business has an owner who lacked customer service and follow-through. Highly recommend going elsewhere!

Very friendly, always correct any mistakes. Use weekly for years. 5 star rating great dry cleaners and laundry.

Helpful & friendly staff. They are capable of washing many types of cloth.
