Ace Demolition demolished my duplex with attached garage as part of a new construction. They did an outstanding job! They completed the job on time at an unbeatable price. I shopped around and they were by far the best deal. Erez (Eric) and his team were easy to work with and patiently answered my questions and explained the processes. They were there at every step, from permit through inspection, to make sure everything went well. There were some delays on my end to wait for Ellis Act clearance from the city and Erez was completely understanding and ready to work as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Ace Demolition!

I needed my site to be re compacted and graded. Ace Demolition was the only company that gave me a quote without me having to chase them, and on top of that the price was the BEST! Eric and his staff are fantastic. His team turned up on time and carried out the job perfectly. The guys were polite and knowledgable. This was the first stage of my build project and I was nervous but Eric made this first step so easy I was able to proceed with confidence. Thanks Eric and all at Ace Demo

I had Ace Demolition demolish my swimming pool. Eric and crew did a great job. They were very efficient and effective. Lowest bid on the job too. Highly recommended.

I work for an FHA lender in Orange county. AceDemo was actually my second call. I am so glad the first contractor flaked out on me
( many do ).
Not Ace Demo!! Eric took my call, scheduled the appointment and showed up on time! Since I was not able to be there when they were doing the work for my elderly client, Eric sent me pictures of the job as it proceeded. I was so pleased with the level of workmanship, I will him exclusively from now and will recommend him to anyone I know that can use his service.
