Stay away!! This company is a complete fraud. They took our deposit of thousands of dollars and ran away. Never returned our calls. Every time we got them on the phone they came up with another delay tactic and excuse. Dishonest, unprofessional, and a grave disappointment.

I used this company since I am renovating my home in sherman oaks .. I needed windows and I tried to call many companies but they were too buys to come and gave me a quote .. untill a friend gave me Tali phone number .. she was very helpful and I was able to safe a lot of money following her suggestions. once we agreed on the windows she send somebody to take measurement and she also came herself to make sure things were right .. after 3 weeks the windows were installed and they look great .. we end up suing her also for doors and garage door ..
I totally would recomand BH kruper and Tali in particular if you are renovating your home
