Excellent experience with this dealership. They got me in quick and replaced what needed to be done at very low cost to me. Their customer service was and is phenomenal. I would definitely bring any vehicle I have here.

They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle when I was in town for just 2 days and needed to be 8 hours away the next day. In and out service in under 4 hours.

I didn't have a great experience there. Sales person wasn't nice or personable and I actually got into a heated argument with him. Sales manager stepped in but any negotiations came to a halt. Ended up going else where to get my Truck at a reasonable price.

I got a great vehicle and had a terrific experience! Not your typical car dealership, no pressure at all and everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Thank you everyone at ACE FORD!!

Well I can speak for every aspect of this dealership now, sales, parts and service! No pressure sales and very easy to talk to. Parts department always has what I need and when I need it at a very competitive price point. Service, well the service reps here are hands down absolutely the best. I purchased a vehicle from another dealer and had ace do the work, everything was flawless! The reps go above and beyond to make it right! Brett, you gained a lifetime service customer right here! I can't wait to go back!

Out of the last 9 vehicles my family has purchased, 8 of them have been from ACE Ford. Personally, I had been driving a Honda Accord Coupe for the last few years, and decided that I wanted to return to a Ford. I wasn't sure if I wanted the Edge or the Explorer, so the salesman gave me the keys for both, and let us try both in a test drive. I fell in love with the 2017 Explorer, and before I knew it, their incredible service department was detailing my new car for me to take home. All of the salespeople are helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles, and the options available, but I can't say enough about Kyle and Don - they are fabulous to work with, and we will ask for either of them the next time we are getting a new car. I know from experience that any service needs I may have will be fulfilled quickly, and with quality work, by ACE's technicians, so I am confident in my recommendation to anyone looking to buy/lease a Ford - go to ACE Ford. You'll be happy that you did.
