Bobby V was terrific during the test drive. He treated us all with respect. Sadly, some of his product knowledge was inaccurate as he confused the Pacifica Touring L Plus features with the regular Plus line. Yes, I understand the manufacturer changes trims and yes it can be confusing, but the buyer shouldn't know more than the salesman about the vehicle trims. I tried following up with Russ (sales manager) in the hopes of purchasing from Pellegrino once my wife knew what she wanted. It was impossible to get any kind of communication going via email with either Russ or Bobby. This is my biggest gripe. Somehow I manage to work with my distributed team all day long at work, but when it comes to buying a car suddenly everything needs to be in person? I know that's not true (because I just bought a car that way), but it wasn't from Pellegrino unfortunately. You have so many positive aspects of your dealership. Please overcome this antiquated style of selling and it'll do you wonders.

Reliable, efficient, friendly employees. Worked tirelessly to solve unusual problem with my vehicle. Whole dealership is very clean and the showroom is spotless.

My experience was good as far as the new car, until I found out it had a leak in the rear window which caused water to flood my trunk so I called made an appt on my day off, to find out they needed parts so another 3 weeks went buy and I had to go back to dealership on my vacation to get repair completed. This experience was a huge inconvenience for me I have written this in the comments. I received an answer and was told to tech out to the general manager no name no number. I found out his email and sent an email 2 days ago and still have not gotten a reply I will not buy another new car at this dealership in the future. I'm am totally disappointed in the customer service.

I brought my 2014 Impala in to fix the driver power door lock and oil change. I stated it was not working. I dropped it off the night before so it was first in line. It took until 3:30pm the next day for your people to tell me the actuator was not good and they needed to order the part, which I told you the day before was bad. This then meant the car had to stay for another day. I had to call at 3pm the next day to find out that again the car was not going to be ready because of a part issue. Finally I received the car Friday evening. Your service rep did arrange for a courtesy car but that's not the point. It should not take 3 days to do a 1 hour job. Cars should be evaluated before 10am, parts ordered and installed by the end of the day, especially when the part is exactly what was identified to be wrong in the first place. This is the second time I had repairs on this vehicle that I identified the exact problem yet parts were not ordered until the end of the day. The issue here is how you set up the jobs, since it looks like you parts inventory is small, everything ends up taking two days. For me, I tried to use the dealership for repairs but will now be looking for an independent repair shop because I cannot go without my vehicle for the time it takes your shop to fix.
