POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 🖓 I went to return some items and was informed by the night manager and an employee, who were both outside the front door smoking, that the credit card machine was down. Because I used my debit card and it was only a $30 return i asked if they could just give me cash back so I did not have to make an additional trip...through the smoke she sputtered "can't do that, nope, can't do it, messes up the accounting". I guess accounting is more important than customer service. 😠🖓

Friendly, helpful staff. I never have to hunt anyone down for service, as someone is always offering to assist. I can most always find what I need. Thankful to have a place to pick up needed items besides Walmart.
