This particular visit to Advance Auto Parts is one that had me quite upset it was late in the afternoon and I suppose it was time to close within 10 minutes or so but they serve a customer service assistant associate was rude and very Curt I care not to go back to this particular branch of advanced Auto Parts

Over priced, and everything has to be ordered! They were not very knowledgeable about anything automotive. They only know what the screen shows them.

Long wait at the register to ask what kind of antifreeze I needed. The guy had to look it up and then asked someone else who was impatient and shrugged his shoulders. So I didn't buy the antifreeze that I needed from there. There was several people just standing waiting to be checked out and the employees didn't seem to care.

They are not intrested in helping you stood there 10 min only one in the store nobody helped me they just were talking to each other
