I have been using this Ace for my household needs for the past 4 years and they always exceed my expectations. Consistently courteous, helpful and knowledgeable in all areas of the home. If they do not have an answer, they ask an associate you does have the answer. They have unique items you won't find other places. When I have a question I go direct to this store and know I will get a good product and installation directions , if needed.

I went to return a 5$ bottle of car scratch remover that I purchased for repairing some scratches on my sunglasses. An employee who wasn't even assisting me felt the need to tell me that it wasn't their fault that I didn't use it on a car and gave me attitude for returning it. This is ridiculous. It's nobody's fault. I was just returning the product because I had no use for it. The man acted like he was personally insulted. It was unprofessional and rude.
