I'm a frequent shopper here.  They're more than helpful to everyone that goes in to the store.  Never had a problem or seen a problem when I've been in there

Worst Ace I have every been to in the area. The two Deltona and Sanford stores are awesome. This store was worse than Lowe's as far as needing help. They scattered like chickens. Found the item and then someone asked me if I needed help.

These guys really are the helpful hardware men and women, you never have to look for help and I avoid the big stores.

Excellant service, nicer assistance, better prices! What more would one want from a general hardware store! I've been going here for years and their always willing to help. No one scatters away! Friendlyness is contagious! I wish your store was as large as the stores in Deltona.

Great local hardware store.  Granted, they don't have the selection of the home improvement stores but I would much rather spend my dollar here.
