Customer service is rude and unfriendly. Every time I've called in to ask a question they are very curt and act like you're wasting they're precious time by talking to them. The employees in the store act nice to your face but often lie to you because they don't know what they're talking about. The store has good equipment, supplies, etc. but don't go there or call in expecting good customer service. It is awful. Do your own research first and know what you need before you go.

I'm Remodeling a house and I've had to have been in Lowe's 50 times in the last 30 days. Services always has been good and they respect their veterans. Thanks Lowe's.

Worst place I've ever been to i purchases 2 of their poluan chainsaws and neither of them worked. The first one I bought was a old model that was sold for the price of a new one and then when I went to go return if they said there was no recipe because the one they gave me had faded away within a week. When I went there the person in the lawn equipment area had an aditude. So overall do not go here for any lawn equipment. Taking back the second one know
