Story

Provo Ace Hardware is Locally owned and operated by the Tanner Family. The Tanner's have owned multiple, successful stores for many years including our sister store Kamas Ace Hardware and the local grocery store in Kamas, UT, Kamas Food Town. We are extremely happy to be in the heart of Provo and love serving everyone here. We look forward to helping everyone that we can for years to come!

Staff has always been friendly and typically knowledgeable and helpful. The repair shop has always been able to get my equipment up and running. The repair shop usually gets repairs done in about a week (which is better than 4 weeks at the other place I've used). For such a small location they actually have a generous selection. Price is a little higher on a few things but lower on others. Overall It's a great store.

Every time I am in Ace's I am impressed with how attentive the staff if. Bob especially has been so generous with his time and helped me get some rusted-on screws off my car so I could put my new license plate on. It took him about half an hour kneeling on the concrete outside in the hot sun, and even though I went in to buy something to take care of it, he just did it for me. This is the best hardware store in Utah Valley if you ask me. I never go to Lowe's or Home Depot because the service is pretty bad especially at Lowe's, where, more often than not the employees seem annoyed that I'm asking them where to find something. At Home Depot they are so busy. Ace's is the way to go! Always friendly and the fact that it's smaller is actually great. Unless you need loads of lumber or a new air conditioner or something, Ace's has pretty much everything you'd need including appliances for lawn care. etc.

I come here often for a wide range of goods. The customer service is great and I appreciate a hardware store in Provo.

I'm a big fan of Ace Hardware. Really helpful. I even had to take back some parts and they helped me find the correct ones. Thanks Ace!
