Reviews
Crew showed up to move me out of my old apartment apartment late. Damaged the elevator lobby in my old building resulting in me being charged. Can't file a claim after the move day, so you have to file a small claim in court to get any kind of reimbursement. Move in day at new apartment. Guy called me 20 minutes after the arrival window to tell me it would be at LEAST 2 more hours until he got to my apartment. Crummy service from a crummy company. I'll never use Ace to relocate my belongings again.

Definitely fake 5 star reveiws. No one I've spoken to has had a good experience with them, at least 10 or more people from my company. They really deserve a 0 star. Promised a delivery on a certain range of dates, they don't even bother letting you know. Wait to ensure they can squeeze 1 more package in the truck and then deliver on a date which they knew we weren't going to be there. And then blame us and expect us to wait another 10 days to deliver. Stay away. I've used United a few times with absolutely no problems and it was during the same time period.

If there was no star could be given, I would do that. Unfortunately I couldn't. The shipment scheduling- worst, and delayed; picking up debris- delayed. I cannot understand where and how they received the good reviews . Not to mention some of our stuff were lost which will be taken tones of time to get reimbursed. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME AND SPACE FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!

Chris, Steve, Cindy, and everyone who had a hand in our move were spectacular. They were professional, efficient, hard-working, creative and quick-thinking, compassionate (I was coordinating with donation pickups and even a plumber as they started), personable - and even had great tastes in music to which they worked. The team Steve and Cindy had on the packing end was matched in every way by the team at our destination. I felt a complete sense of trust in their work and was so impressed by how they managed everything from bringing a several-hundred pound safe up the mountain ridge from our basement to wrapping up Depression glassware from my grandparents' wedding. I was also impressed that the truck was spotless on both ends of the move. (My Unminivan was covered with road dirt from driving the distance, which included snow in Portland.) I'm hoping never to have to move again (although I presume we will), but I know that if a move is in our future, I will want ACE Relocation Services to be part of it! Thanks for making this move such a great experience!
