If you have the chance to rent a space from Jamie, you'll have a better day. She went far beyond necessities to genuinely help us. Moving is a hassle, but with someone like Jamie on the other end, it's a much more pleasant experience than it would otherwise be. I can't recommend her and Extra Space highly enough.

Jamie was very friendly and helpful about site and policy.  Fast and efficient filling out contract.  Access to locker is good and have reasonable access hours.

First time renting a storage unit a little nervous to leave my personal belonging in a storage unit . Heard many stories of friends having issues with there Storge stores . Did a lot of researching . I needed asap my mom was able to call the Santa Cruz store give them all my information to rent in watsonville.  after Wk I was able to go to the watsonville store and they had me in system . Gave me all info unneeded for my unit . Manger was very customer service  friendly answer all my hundred question I can ask questions lots lol  . I walked away feeling like i had picked the best place in town . Customer service is big to me I give the manger  a 100% it shows she cares about her job and her clients . Only thing Is wish they had a cart for each unit :) other then that I am a Happy customer :)
