The worst service ever, purchased over 13k in husqvarna equipment. Very incompetent service department. Have nothing but problems. Turn around time is terrible also. This is after 4 years I write this not a one time problem.

Friendly staff.  Very knowledgeable.  My go to store for hard to find items and everyday needs.  99% of time, they have what I am looking for at competitive prices.  Saves me valuable time from running around.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible place horrible service. I have been shopping there for years and years. I bought door knobs but realized I would like to upgrade them so I took the unopened door knobs back to exchange for the better ones. I did lose my receipt and they REFUSED to allow me to do an exchange even though I would be purchaseing door knobs twice as expensive. My boyfriend is in construction and we both spend a ton of money in the store as do my mother and father. NONE of us will be spending any more money with them and we will be taking our business right up the road to Busy Beaver. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
