If you don’t have 10k to spend on a kitchen they don’t want your buisness. I waited for 45 minutes to speak to my salesman... ( no big deal) I was patient. I heard another employee tell the owner, hey that guy has been waiting for Ed now for 45 minutes should I go tell Ed? He said  I don’t care that lady is spending $12,000 dollars on a kitchen he’s just gonna have to wait.  I guess my $6,000 dollar purchase wasn’t enough to care about at that time.

I took my buisness else where. So should everyone else. The salesman are old guys that work two days a week that just want to sit at the desk and eat snacks all day. If you interrupt them, you’ll get a poor layout design. 
 The whole time I was there I felt like I was bothering the Salesman

I want to thank Shauna and Patricia for their reviews. I had Style-Rite on my list of kitchen cabinet places to visit for estimates on my latge kitchen. After I read their helpful reviews, I struck them from the list. Thank you for sharing your experiences!

Mr Hack gave us an estimate on the design to lure us in but weeks later, after we'd not followed up on another bid, the estimate had doubled.  Why spouse couldn't bear starting over. We'd told the sales person exactly what we wanted but we had to remind him each time we met.  He always acted like we were adding on. We never got a copy of the itemized bill, only a quick glance as we tried to look at it in the office.  We also asked for extra paint which we were told we could have for touch up but never got it, even after leaving messages.  I was so relieved to be finished with him that I wanted to forget the experience, so never wrote a review until now. Of course, I've never recommended the company.
