Had a mishap with the car and called Ace.  Troy responded quickly, was professional and even got us out of the bad weather.  I highly recommend Ace if you need a tow. It’s good to see people doing business like Troy does. He’s honest and friendly.

I was in an accident and needed my car towed back to my house, and these guys made it so easy. The man who helped me was very nice and made everything easy for me, and the price was good. Would definitely recommend this company for anyone!

My step-daughter's vehicle broke down on the side of 400 and I called Ace Towing to have her vehicle towed.  The man that answered was cranky (I guess since it was Father's Day and my request was putting him out), then said he would go get the vehicle but it would take awhile.  I told him we would wait for him, but that I could find someone else since it was Father's day.  But he said he would do it.  After he took my credit card information, he became condescending, telling me several times to make sure he will have the keys to the car and leave it unlocked (not sure why, since I said we would be there waiting).  After the first time, I said okay, that makes sense, but after the 2nd or 3rd time I told him I'm not stupid and that the keys would be there. And then he told me to find someone else and hung up on me.  I just hope he doesn't charge my credit card, as he has all the information.  What a jerk!
