World class service!!!  I had never done business with Jetter Depot and called  to inquire about some new jetter hose and it came up in conversation that I had an ongoing issue with our 4018 US Jet Jetter which I had already bought repair parts for from US Jetting directly.  However after months of playing phone and email tag with US Jet, they could not produce a wiring diagram that I needed in order to wire in the replacement parts since a like for like replacement was no longer available.  Between Kim, Jo, and Jasen they had the wiring diagrams I needed to me in 2 hours.  This company knows more about US Jetting machines than US Jet does.  They are our new jetting supplier.

SEWER JETTING HOSE EXPERIMENT / REVIEWS
PIRANHA SEWER JETTING HOSE  vs POLY-FLOW

PIRANHA GREEN HOSES - 4000 psi rating (★1 out of 5)
I ordered these hoses directly from Piranha. THEY ARE THE WORST HOSES I HAVE EVER USED. Pay the small difference to upgrade to Poly Flow hoses. 
PRO'S: Absolutely none! Honestly, these hoses are horrible!
CON'S: 
1) They arrived damaged, but the manufacturer did not take responsibility. 
2) They are not as flexible as Poly-Flow hoses. Piranha does not go around bends easily at all. I kept getting the Piranha hoses stuck at bends. When using Poly-Flow, no problems! This makes it difficult rolling out or rolling back Piranha hoses.
3) Piranha is poorly made. Poly-Flow hoses are bonded together. You can definitely feel the difference. 
4) Piranha head does not rotate. We tried Piranha hoses on many applications. It did not do a great job (we sent the camera down immediately after jetting). The Poly Flow head rotates while it is in operation. We jetted 1 badly blocked main sewer line at least 4 times with the piranha 3/8" and 1/4" hoses (alternating). It was junk! We switched to Poly-Flow and it cleaned out the lines after the first attempt (using the 1/4" hose)

PRO'S: They are mentioned above. Great quality!
