This is undoubtedly my favorite Mediterranean restaurant in the area! Amazing and cheap food! Love their falafels!

I'm a 300lb lineman who knows his way around a menu. Aceituna is the best Mediterranean fast casual restaurant that I've ever been to- and I've actually tried multiple. Always fresh ingredients, fantastic sides (cauliflower my personal fav), and top notch sauces. Catering experience is also excellent.

This counter service mediterranean grill offers wraps and rice plates with veggies and meat carved fresh off the spit. The food is excellent and very fast to get, even when there is a lengthy line. There’s ample space inside, but the park across the street offers a great place to enjoy food al fresco as well. It’s a great spot for a quick lunch with delicious grilled food.

Would have given 5 stars to this place if it had the old menu and portion which was about a year back. They upgraded their menu to a much simpler Chipotle style menu (2 star). However the portion has been reduced considerably and quality of food is OK now. Although Spicy Potatoes and Fried Cauliflower are still good (1 star). Servers during lunch are rude most of the times. Stopped going there a while back. Lots of other good options around Kendall area.

Aceituna's food is amazing. Gina, one of the owners, is extremely helpful and truly goes out of her way to make her customers happy. This restaurant definitely has our business.
