Tasted very good. It's easy to get through, it's just a little further south from most things, and my home. There's a few other Cheesecake factories in the area so I must give credit where credit is due. No wait here which was very surprising and inviting.

I have had great memories at several Cheesecake Factory Restaurants, however after today’s experience with the Dadeland Mall location, I’m disappointed. Both my colleague and I ordered through DashDoor and only my food was delivered, although was missing my cheesecake and other condiments on my appetizer. We decided to go to the restaurant to pick up the remaining of my order as well as my colleagues only to find out they did not even have my colleagues order listed nor prepared. The manager had no intention of resolving the issue and for that we returned home with only the rest of my order. Granted, the order went through the delivery application and this may have had a lot to do with it. Although if you are partnering with an application and the delivery does not go as intended, be prepared to help resolve the issue to avoid losing money and/or having unhappy customers such as myself. This could have been done a lot differently.

Cheesecake Factory food is awesome! They have a great variety of choices on their menu. My personal favorite is the chicken madeira. But they have so many other great dishes. We tried the tuxedo cheesecake for the first time and it was excellent!

Those restaurants are 1 hour waiting time, but they are getting better. This time was only 20 minutes... so good!!! Great chain restaurants with amazing cheesecake. I could say the best of the USA!

Waited an hour plus to be seated, an hour to for the entrees to arrive. The manager was attentive and visited the table once to check on us. The server Mimi (Amanda) was very good. Food delicious.
