From the moment we called Achten's Quality Roofing for a bid, we were impressed!  The project manager was great to work with.  He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.  He kept us up to date during the whole process.  The crew that arrived to remove the old roof and put on our new roof was nothing short of fabulous.  The arrived on time, worked hard the entire time and cleaned everything up before they left each day.  My roof looks amazing!  I couldn't be happier and I would confidently recommend Achten's Quality Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof!

I've been dreading having my roof replaced for the past 3 years, but I finally bit the bullet and selected my roofer.  I’m very glad to say that I interviewed roofers most of the summer and I'm very happy I selected Achten's.  The estimator and foreman were polite and efficient.  The work crew was just as polite and hard working.  Even though it was rainy, they showed up everyone morning, some morning they had to wait in the car due to a down pour, but they didn't give up.  When the rain slowed down, they were working.  
My roof is beautiful and the crew left my yard and deck neat as a pin.  Thank you, Achten's!

Achten's Quality Roofing is as good as it gets.  The project manager was friendly and honest, telling us what he thought needed to be done to reroof my 25 year old home.  He called the day before the work could start to give us a heads up; the crew arrived the next morning.  They were polite and professional.  Care was taken to protect our home; tarps were laid down to collect debris but were unneeded.  All old shingles and tar paper were removed and thrown into a trailer; there was nothing thrown into the yard.  That afternoon the new shingles arrived and were carefully placed on the roof.  The next morning the crew arrived as scheduled and worked all day until the job was done.  Then they carefully scanned the yard for nails and swept the patio and sidewalk and drove off leaving nothing behind except a beautiful new roof.  I will recommend Achten's Quality Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

Knowing that our roof was in need of replacing, We began the process of obtaining bids and learning what was involved with replacing a roof properly.  Achten's was not our first bid nor our last one.  Total, we had 5 different bids.  Our final decision to go with Achten's was based on the honesty of the information that Dave (Achten's representative) provided to us regarding requirements to do the job correctly.  Several roofers insisted that we were required to use a ridge vent when in reality, it was not possible to install correctly on our manufactured home.  Another roofer recommended the wrong type of shingles for our manufactured home which would have nullified the warranty.  As we went through the process of learning and obtaining bids, more questions were generated, and Dave made himself available to help us understand facts versus fiction.  
The work crew proved themselves to be extremely knowledgeable and professional.  As they were doing the work and identified dry rot and damaged decking, they were speedy to bring these items to my attention.  At that time, I, personally, went up on the roof to inspect their quality work as well as the age damage to the roof.  Overall, the quality of the job exceeded our expectations.  Excellent job of the crew for clean up and removal of debris.  The roof looks GREAT!!!!

Experience Achten's was positive.  Very helpful, accomplished all goals, helped with insurance, very professional.  Even with all the inclement weather, still a very positive experience.  Crew was very detailed oriented, polite, courteous.  Everything was cleaned up and returned to original state.  Love the light tubes!
