The wall next to the chimney was leaking. I asked someones to come to fix it. Two other technicians had come to my house. One helped look at the wall. Another chimney technician looked at the chimney. Neither of them fixed the problem. Both of these two technician charged me quite a lot.
Guardian Roofing identified it was a small problem with the chimney flashing and fixed it. The surprise part is that they charged me nothing!! Guardian Roofing fixed the problem for me for free! That feeling is great!

Second roof with Guardian (one for main house and one for rental), and both experiences and quality were great!  We had some issues of damage on our first house from years of neglect before we bought it.  The Guardian representative that came to our home was patient, professional and very detail oriented with all of the Guardian products and our options.  Also, the professionalism and the cleanliness of the installation team was second to none.  I would highly recommend Guardian Roofing for any and all of your roofing needs!

Overall, from the initial consult to evaluate the roof and the meeting to discuss our options and the actual scheduling and installation process, we were impressed and satisfied. It was obvious from the beginning that Guardian was serious about doing their job right and we knew we made the right choice for this job. The workers were on time, courteous, and communicated clearly to us when they needed to replace more sheeting than we originally thought. The crew worked nonstop to get the job done in one day, and made sure they cleaned up as well and answered our questions before leaving for the day. It was also nice having the inspection to confirm the job was indeed done correctly and to be able to see photos of the job. The only aspect we were a bit unhappy about was our gutter screens, which were removed and then replaced at the end of the job. We would have liked to have had an option to replace them, perhaps with new screens. We do not, however, regret in any way having hired Guardian to replace our roof and are happy to recommend them to anyone we know needing repairs or replacement for their roof. We also were surprised and pleased to receive a small gift of cookies after the job was complete, to thank us for the business. It's gratifying to know that companies who care and have integrity still exist. Keep up the good work!

In December 2013 I replaced my roof, gutters and downspouts.  Guardian Roofing was my chosen company. I particularly appreciated no high pressure sales approach. They did an excellent job.  They were timely and professional. The foreman kept me apprised of progress throughout the job.  Peter who I believe is the job coordinator was in contact with me throughout the project. I had a small chimney-related issue after the roof work was completed and spoke with Lori, one of the owners.  She tried to get someone out the same day, but it was late in the day.  I was quite happy to have them come out and check the following day, which they did promptly.  The foreman identified the issue, took photos and showed me what the problem was.  The company addressed the issue and  I was duly impressed by their customer service!  Thank you, Guardian Roofing!

Everyone was very pleasant and professional to work with.   The workers were prompt and patient, explaining to me what was going on.   The roof looks wonderful and I will recommend them to any one who needs roofing work.
