I think lots of people can have anxiety about going to the dentist, especially if it's been a while since they've gone (I was guilty of this). Along with a little anxiety there are plenty of reasons to not see the dentist.... school, work, family, something better to do might come up....I can see why it's easy to blow off an appointment, or postpone a hygiene check-up, but I am so glad I decided to stick to my appointment because Dr. Acierno and his staff are absolutely amazing when it comes to the patient experience. Everyone is so helpful and friendly it feels like you're part of the family. Barb was my hygienist and will continue to be my hygienist as long as she is willing to! Her knowledge of dentistry and passion for spreading this knowledge to her patients is something unrivaled by anyone I've met in the past. Her way of explaining what she's doing during the cleaning, why it's being done and how it affects not only my oral health but my overall health was a total eye opener. Not only did it make the appointment fly by in what felt like 15 minutes, (it was a full appointment) but it made me eager to follow through on flossing, which is the hardest thing to make a habit it seems, and stick with regular check ups since the experience is so pleasant. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a lifelong dentist and dental team!

This is a fabulous dental practice.  I have been a patient for more than 5 years.  The staff is friendly, highly competent and very efficient. Dr. Acierno discusses options with you and makes you feel exceptionally comfortable.  His work is outstanding!   I have had crowns replaced and there is no comparison to the quality of his work when I compare it to a previous practice I went to.  Highly recommend!!!

Everyone from the person that greets you when you walk in the door is very friendly, polite and professional.  I had not been to the dentist for a number of years and had many issues to be addressed.  Dr. Acierno assured me that I would have a relaxed and painless experience and I did.  I just had two crowns and a filling done and everyone in the office made me feel very comfortable.  I would surely recommend this dental practice to all family and friends.  Great atmosphere and culture.  Thank you for giving me the confidence to come back and have my dental health taken care of.

I have been a patient with Acierno Dental for 14 years.   Dr. Acierno and his team are an excellent dental team.  They are very focused on patient's needs.  I have always felt complete trust in their professionalism and care.
